Apple Cake

Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 cup coconut or olive oil
- 1 cup applesauce
- 3/4 cup apple juice concentrate
- 2 1/4 cup flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 1/2 cups ground almonds (optional)
- 4 apples peeled and diced

Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients and pour into pan.
2. Bake at 175C for 40-50 minutes, checking after 35 minutes.
Apple Crisp

Ingredients:
- 5 cups tart apples, peeled, cored, and sliced (about 12 apples).
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 3 tbsp flour
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1-1/2 cups brown sugar
- 1 cup butter, melted
- 1 3/4 cups flour
- 2 cups quick oats

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Place sliced apples in a 13x9" glass baking dish. In small bowl, mix together 2/3 cups sugar, 3 tbsp flour and cinnamon. Sprinkle over apples.
2. In large bowl, mix together remaining ingredients until crumbly. Sprinkle over apples in baking dish, pressing down to work crumb mixture into apples. Bake at 350°F for 50-60 minutes or until apples are tender, mixture is bubbly, and topping is browned. Let cool 30 minutes. Serve warm with ice cream.
Apple Crumble

Ingredients:
​- apples, cinnamon, sugar
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup margarine
- 1 cup whole oats
- 1 cup almonds (ground)
- 3 tsp cinnamon

Directions:
1. Slice apples. Toss with cinnamon and sugar. Flatten into pan. Pour small amount of water on bottom.
2. Rub together rest of ingredients, spread over top.
Apple Crunch Pudding

Ingredients:
- 6 slices white bread or challah
- 1 cup milk
- 3 tbsp butter
- 3 eggs
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 cup peeled, diced apples
- 2/3 cup seedless raisins
- ¼ tsp nutmeg
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1/3 cup brown sugar, firmly packed

Directions:
1. Toast bread lightly and cut into ½-inch cubes. Place in a buttered 6-cup baking dish.
2. Preheat oven to 300°F.
3. In a 2-quart saucepan, heat milk slowly with butter until the butter melts. Pour over bread cubes; let stand ½ hour.
4. Beat eggs in a large bowl; stir in remaining ingredients except for brown sugar. Fold into bread mixture. Sprinkle brown sugar on top.
5. Bake for 45 minutes or until apples are tender.
6. Spoon into dessert dishes. Serve warm, topped with cream or ice cream.
Yummy Applesauce Cake

Ingredients:
- 4 cups flour
- 2 1/2 cups applesauce OR 6-7
grated apples
- 1 1/2 cup oil
- 2 1/2 cups sugar
- 3 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 4 eggs

Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients and mix well.
2. Bake in 10X13 inch baking pan at 350F for 1 hour.
