Ingredients:

- 2 onions
- 1 each green, red, yellow, and orange pepper
- 2 stalks celery
- 2-3 tbsp oil
- 1 loaf frozen gefilte fish, left at room temperature for 10-15 minutes
- ketchup and mayonnaise
- garlic powder
- paprika

Directions:

Saute the onions and vegetables in a little oil until golden, and getting a little soft.  Place the cooked vegetables on the bottom of a 9x13 inch pan. Cut the frozen gefilte fish loaf into about 10 slices, and lay them down on the vegetables in the pan. Sprinkle generously with garlic powder and paprika. Mix mayonnaise and ketchup and smear on gefilte slices.

Bake covered at 150°C for 1.5-2 hours.
