- 1 cup milk
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1/3 cup chocolate chips
- 3 tbsp chocolate syrup
- 2 cups ice cubes
- 1/8 tsp vanilla extract

Directions:
1 Blend it all up in a blender

- 1 banana
- 1 tbsp chia or flax seeds
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 date
- handful of parsley
- 2 cups water

Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in a high speed blender.
2. Add enough water so that all ingredients are covered. Blend well.
