Ingredients:
- 30 majhool dates
- 1 cup walnuts or hazelnuts
- 3 tbsp dry red wine
- coconut or crushed walnuts for rolling

Directions:
Chop nuts in a food processor.
Pit the dates and check for bugs. Process dates, nuts and wine until it's like a batter with no big chunks. Chill for an hour.
Make balls, you can use a small ice cream scoop or melon baller.
Roll balls in coconut or crushed nuts.
