What's For Supper
Ingredients:
- 8 potatoes, cook until soft
- 2 onions, chopped and sautéed in 3/4 cup oil
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Directions:
Mash potatoes and put in onions, then add eggs, flour, salt and pepper.
Put in muffin tin sprayed with Pam, sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake at 350F for 1 hour.
