Doritos Lasagna

Ingredients:
- 350 gram ground turkey
- 2 red onions, diced
- 4 big tomatoes, diced and without seeds
- 2 tbsp cilantro, chopped
- 2 red hot peppers, diced, without seeds
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp salt or to taste
- 2 tbsp chili sauce
- 1 tsp Tabasco sauce
- 3 bell peppers, diced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp white wine
- 2 (70 gram) bags nacho flavored Doritos
- 2 cups breadcrumbs

Directions:
1. Spray frying pan with oil. Brown ground turkey with one onion until meat is no longer pink.
2. In a bowl mix second onion, tomatoes, cilantro, hot peppers and salt. Mix well and adjust flavoring. Add the meat and chili sauce and Tabasco sauce. Put aside.
3. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in pan and sauté the bell peppers. Add wine, continue sautéing for a few minutes and put aside.
4. In a baking pan put a layer of meat mixture, spread out Doritos on top, then a layer of peppers. Add another layer of meat, Doritos and peppers. Continue layering and finish with meat mixture.
5. Over everything sprinkle breadcrumbs.
6. Bake in preheated oven on 180C for 30-40 minutes.
Meatballs With Cabbage

Ingredients:
- 1 head cabbage cut into thick strips
- 1/3 cup uncooked rice
Meatballs:
- 1 kilo ground meat
- 2 large eggs
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2/3 cup bread crumbs
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- pepper according to taste
Sauce:
- 1 cup ketchup
- 250 g tomato paste
- 1/2 cup brown sugar or white sugar or jelly
- juice from half a lemon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3-4 cups water

Directions:
1. Put the cabbage strips, the rice and sauce ingredients in a big pot. Bring to a boil on a low flame.
2. Meanwhile mix meat with eggs, onion, bread crumbs, garlic and pepper. Form balls with a 4 cm diameter and add them gently to the boiling sauce. Cover and cook on a low flame for 1.5 hour. If needed, add water.
Sweet and Sour Meatballs

Ingredients:
- 500 gram ground chicken/turkey
- 1 small onion, chopped fine
- salt, pepper and paprika to taste
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp water
- breadcrumbs, small amount
Sauce:
- 1 sautéed onion
- 3/4 cup tomato paste/ketchup
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- hot sauce/chili sauce to taste

Directions:
1. Mix sauce in pan, put up to boil. Mix up meatballs ingredients. With wet hands rolls balls and put in sauce. Cook slowly for one hour. Serve over rice.
Teriyaki Meatballs

Ingredients:
- 500 gram ground beef/chicken/turkey
- 1 egg
- bread crumbs
- sriracha sauce
- ketchup
- garlic powder
Sauce Ingredients:
- 1 onion
- pineapple chunks
- teriyaki sauce
- sesame seeds

Directions:
1. Mix all meatball ingredients together, make balls. Put on lined cookie sheet and bake until done (30-40 minutes) on 175C.
2. Sauté onion. When browned add pineapple chunks. Cook a few minutes. Add meatballs, teriyaki sauce. Cook a bit and add sesame seeds and meatballs. Simmer for a bit until flavors combine and take off fire.
3. Serve with rice.
