Ingredients:

- 1 head cabbage, shredded

- 1/4 cup parsley, shredded

- 1 medium onion

- 2 tbsp olive oil

- 3 tbsp vinegar

- 4 tbsp sugar

- 1/4 tsp garlic powder

- salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Put shredded cabbage and parsley in a salad bowl. Slice the onion thin and then cut the slice so that the strips are around 1" long. Add the onion to the cabbage.
Mix the olive oil, vinegar, sweetener and garlic powder well, pour over the cabbage mixture, and toss. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
