What's For Supper
Ingredients:
- 150 gram margarine
- 3/4 cup boiling water
- 3 tbsp cocoa
- 1 tsp coffee
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 capfuls rum extract
- 400 gram petit buerre/jack and jill biscuits
Directions:
Melt margarine and add boiling water. Gently add rest of ingredients except cookies.
Blend cookies until fine and add to the mixture.
Refrigerate for 1-2 hours until firm.
Form mixture into balls to fit mini-cupcake papers.
Garnish as desired.
