Ingredients:
- 500 gram ground chicken/turkey
- 1 small onion, chopped fine
- salt, pepper and paprika to taste
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp water
- breadcrumbs, small amount
Sauce:
- 1 sautéed onion
- 3/4 cup tomato paste/ketchup
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- hot sauce/chili sauce to taste
Directions:
Mix sauce in pan, put up to boil. Mix up meatballs ingredients. With wet hands rolls
balls and put in sauce. Cook slowly for one hour. Serve over rice.
