Ingredients:
- 500 gram ground beef
- 1 egg
- bread crumbs
- sriracha sauce
Sauce Ingredients:
- 1 onion
- pineapple chunks
- teriyaki sauce
- sesame seeds
Directions:
Mix all meatball ingredients together, make balls. Put on lined cookie sheet and bake until done (30-40 minutes) on 175C.
Saute onion. When browned add pineapple chunks. Cook a few minutes. Add meatballs, teriyaki sauce. Cook a bit and add sesame seeds and meatballs. Simmer for a bit until flavors combine and take off fire.
Serve with rice.
