Ingredients:

- 1  6.5-ounce can tuna, drained
- 3 hard boiled eggs, peeled
- 1 carrot, peeled
- 1/2 green pepper
- small onion
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1 1/2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice

Directions:

Put drained tuna, hard boiled eggs, and vegetables through a food grinder. Then place in 2-quart bowl. Add seasonings, mayonnaise, and lemon juice and mix thoroughly. The spread should be creamy.
